There is also never a restocking fee or any other charges.

Muck Boots International does not charge any restocking
fees on standard non-corporate orders. No hidden charges or fees.

US Orders Use the enclosed Pre-Paid return label
for $5.95 |

Simply place the prepaid return label on the package and drop it off at any
approved UPS pickup location. You may also simply hand your package to any
UPS driver. Upon receipt of your return we will charge your card the $5.95
for the return label if your making an exchange or deduct $5.95 from your
refund if returning for credit.
It's a great value as your package is insured and traceable. Simply write
down the tracking number and you can see when the return is received by us.
The pre-paid label is not available for international returns. |

exchange the item for. To save time you may call (866) 444-2657 and we will
pull and package the item for your exchange and it will ship out the same
day we receive the returned item. This ensures a faster, smoother exchange!

mail to the address above. Include a note that describes your reason for the
return (wrong size, didn't like, etc).
Products returned for refund will be
credited the original purchase price less original shipping charges if there
were any.

Defective Returns |

Package your return securely and
include a note in the package stating the defect and reason for return. On
defective returns Hanks will refund you the entire purchase price including
shipping charges and any additional shipping cost you incur mailing the item
to us. Our way of making sure that a defective product cost you no expenses.
